Matt is inherently motivated to learn and communicate with people. He enjoys the variability of work that his position provides, along with the incredible clients he has the opportunity to work with. In this support role, Matt will work directly with the finance team. His responsibilities include client meeting preparation, follow-up, and researching specific client service items to ensure proactive and valuable relationships for our clients. Matt graduated from Wichita State University in 2020, earning his degree in finance, and is eager for his jump into the finance field.

If you didn’t already know, Matt is the son of Craig and Stephanie Korol. He was inspired by the close relationships they have built with clients over the years, as well as their ability to help clients feel secure in their finances, as well as life. Growing up around finance, Matt has a natural love for the financial industry and learning about all the details it encompasses. He looks forward to creating strong client relationships and capturing the enjoyment of work that he has witnessed since childhood.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and golfing. Matt also enjoys spending time with his friends and family and cherishes these meaningful relationships. He is currently in a recreational basketball league, as well as a Fantasy Football league, with all of his close friends!

Matt is now resides in Wichita, having grown up in Andover. He always says that he thinks, “Wichita is the perfect size.” Matt has been grounded and shaped by his incredible circle of family and friends. He is especially close with his older brother, Sam, and states that, “watching and learning from his brother has had a huge impact on who he is.” His personal life mission is to help others in whatever capacity he can, serve the Lord and spread His gospel, and grow as an individual while learning as much as he is able to.

Proudest Accomplishment: Spending six weeks in the Philippines teaching English and spreading the Gospel (with our very own Ryan Maddex).

Hidden Talent: He does a mean Kermit the Frog impression.

Fun Fact: He has a pet bird named Olive.

Dream Vacation: Japan or revisiting the Philippines.
